When Ken and a group of his rather dull friends start to become impatient with their lives, they decide it is time to shake things up a bit and bring some excitement to their boring school and the military installation that sits in the middle of their local community. After pulling off a series of pranks that help them get out of the doldrums, they decide it is time to really wake up the community with a major theatrical event that combines music and theater. Of course, nothing ever goes as planned as Ken and his group encounter a series of obstacles.
