Watch A Child Called Jesus

A Child Called Jesus is a mostly original work, with several stories from the Apocrypha and scenes from the New Testament woven into the plot. It follows Mary, Joseph and Jesus as they try to settle down and have a normal life in Egypt while Jesus grows up. Unbeknownst to them, a member of King Herod's court is looking for Jesus, realizing that he escaped the slaughter of the children in Bethlehem. The man is obsessed with his failure in one getting away and is determined to kill Jesus to satisfy himself. With each successive failure, he becomes more dangerous.
