Watch A Hole Lot of Trouble

This picture tells the story of a town that is run by several questionable government officials. It is a small town that is known for pretty much one thing and one thing only, and that is the fact that it is home to one of the world's premier fashion designers. After three city workmen are hired to dig a deep hole in order to make way for electrical cables, they are immediately scrutinized. The reason they are scrutinized by the local government is due to the fact that their hole is no where near the home of the fashion designer, whom the officials were hoping would be bothered enough by the construction to leave.
