Angel follows a homeless Latino kid in East L.A. who becomes an underground hero and media phenomenon when he's seen performing miracles in his local community. Mr Jones, a corrupt politician who we later learn is the Devil personified, unleashes his three provocative Demons to hunt Angel down.
