Lester Holmes is a lonely man. He realizes that his desperate state of being means that the only time he can connect with other people is at his job in the fastfood industry. He comes home every night smelling like bread and wondering if things are ever going to get better. Then, one moment when he having a beer to himself, he has a realization. His mindset is negative and even though he doesn't like his life he can start to make small changes. Determined to do something more, he starts getting in better shape and launches a new career.
