Watch Billi

Billi is a horror film based on a true story. As the film opens, a lawyer is attempting to put a rapist behind bars, but the lawyer twisted the case to suit his own purposes and the judge set the defendant free. Freedom doesn't last long. There is a dark shadowy figure in a cat suit that roams the streets at night dishing out vigilante justice. A police office is determined to catch the creature in the act, but doesn't get very far, as the cat's brutal quest for justice takes her on a killing spree of revenge and horror.
