Boys Of Summer is a documentary about the Curacao baseball team, which has sent their Little League team to the Little League World Series for seven consecutive years. The plot of the movie is about a baseball team and the positive hopes it brings its small country. The movie is based on real life events. During the year 2008, the team faces new issues. Team arguing, a slew of injuries, and the Puerto Rican Little League team, made up of players who are established and more mature than the Curacao team. The team coaches attempt to try anything to get the players to play well and eventually win. After a pep talk from the Prime Minister of Curacao, the team unites in purpose and overcomes their issues, advancing to the World Series once again.
