Watch Caught in the Act

A hilarious film set in a beautiful small Welsh village. A local parish council lands a European Union grant to fund economic improvements, but the local folks proceed to waste the money on fun and highly illicit activities, including trips to strip clubs in Amsterdam. But the the whole thing blows up in their face when an EU representative shows up and wants a full report on how the money is being used. Now the local folks must scramble to cover their tracks.
