Watch Destroyer

Ivan Mozer, a serial killer who boasts of murdering at least two dozen people, escapes his fate in the electric chair in this horror thriller movie when a power outage occurs at the same time a prison riot breaks out. It's assumed that he was killed in the riot, but Ivan was able to escape, although the jolt of electricity he did receive has turned him into something other than human. Once the prison is abandoned, Ivan returns there and uses it as a fugitive hide-out, until a film crew decides to use the location for an upcoming exploitation film.
