Watch Doing Time

This picture follows the story of a middle-aged man who has spent the better part of his life behind bars at a low security prison in Japan. What is seen as a place of utter horror and chaos to some, prison seems relatively boring to this man. He has grown accustomed to not counting the days like most people, rather choosing to occupy his time by coming up with several games that he plays. He enjoys conversations with his fellow inmates. The film takes a deep look into the sad reality that prisoners will usually go mad if they do not come up with some form of an obsession to help pass the time.
