Watch Doosri Sita

Doosri Sita, a highly emotional drama is casted to showcase the common Indian social issues where the newly wedded daughter-in-law suffers in her mother-in-law's hands. The story spins around the lead character Jaya Baduri who suffers from her harsh mother-in-law Raza Murad played by Lalita Pawar. The same movie also shows how a wife suffers emotional trauma in such as family where her in-laws dislike her existence.

Director Gogi Anand, Produce B.K. Khanna and Cinematographer K. K. Mahajan have done an excellent team work to bring out the social problem prevailing in India during 1974. The movie was complimented by Gulzar's lyrics and Asha Bhosle and Lata Mangeshkar's sweet vocals.
