Several Interpol officers from around the world come to Hong Kong. They must testify at the trial of a notorious gang leader. When Puma, the crime lord, is being transported to court, another gang of thugs attacks the truck he is in. They want Puma to pay for the killing of one of their member’s sisters. It is time to bring in another law enforcement agent to help handle the job. He is a veteran cop and he does not want to join the hunt. He gives in and the group sets out to find the prisoner and his captors.
