The bar is the only place that a group of thugs known as the Triads can gather and not be caught by the police. When Chan, an undercover narcotics agent, comes through town, no one suspects a thing. He is witty and funny and charming, and he uses his skills to convince the criminal gang that he is one of them. In fact, he becomes their biggest customer of crack cocaine.
