Watch El Caracazo

The true story of a series of riots and clashes between protesters and law enforcement in the Venezuelan city of Caracas in 1989. An activist, Simon Petrov, is reading the statement given by a court about the events known as El Caracazo and heads out into the city of Caracas to discuss the events and after effects of the riots on the community. The traumatic events are told in flashbacks from the stories told to Simon by the people in the area.
