Fernando Carrera is a man who has enjoyed the simple pleasures of life ever since he was a youngster. He has always respected his country, his property, his family, and more importantly the community around him. However, after the president of his country, Ruben Maugeri, had his police force frame Carrera for a crime that he did not commit, he was unjustly sent to prison for 30 years. The police altered the crime scene, they tampered with evidence, and tampered with the testimony of witnesses. They did all this with the dirty intent of having Fernando Carrera spend the rest of his life behind bars.
