Produced by Kim Henkel, co-creator of Tobe Hooper's classic The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974), and filmed at the same locations, Headcheese hearkens back to the visual excesses of Richard Kern's underground shorts of the 80's, taking us into the tortured mind of a killer on a bizarre spiritual quest, wandering desolate Texas backwoods to confront the demons driving him to madness and murder.
