In the mystical world of martial arts, a young woman named Shang Yu Sheng (Leanne Lau) seeks to avenge her father's death at the hands of his former friend and martial arts master, Bai Yun Fei. To do so, she must first master the Holy Flame technique, a powerful and dangerous form of martial arts that only a select few are capable of learning.

Along the way, she befriends a group of martial arts warriors who also seek to defeat Bai Yun Fei, including a young man named Meng Yun (Siu Chung Mok). Together, they journey to various locations, including a dangerous mountaintop temple and a hidden underground city, in order to train and prepare for the ultimate showdown with Bai Yun Fei.

As they progress, the group faces numerous challenges and adversities, including treacherous traps and dangerous foes. Along the way, they learn the true meaning of loyalty and friendship, and the importance of fighting for what is right.
