Kundalini Yoga works very fast affecting the 10 bodies, 8 chakras, 5 tattwas (elements), and 3 gunas. Each kriya affects multiple body systems (muscular, skeletal, circulatory, lymphatic, glandular, and nervous) and the physical body is the 5th body. Energy is injected and projected throughout the 10 bodies and by physically moving the body, engaging a particluar breath pattern, activating certain mudras, concentrating the eyes at a point, and directing the mind toward a mantra.
