This fascinating motion picture tells the tale of a woman who has witnessed a very traumatic event in her life. Marina is a hard-working beautiful young lady who has fallen victim to a brutal beating by several very bad men. The attack by the men is so vicious and brutal that it leaves Marina without an eye. She is eventually rescued by a sweethearted butcher named Rafael. Rafael has some physical ailments of his own. The two develop a strong relationship together, and after finding out that Marina is pregnant, Rafael decides he wants to take care of the child as if it were his own.
