The network, they are saying, is finally everywhere - in our phones, in our vehicles, in our lives. The terrorists are using it to attack us in every way imaginable. Men of power are busy playing their usual political games around terrorism. People are helpless. But an answer has begun to emerge. L2, an underground, outlawed community of citizen vigilantes around the world has started taking terrorism head on.
