Watch Le Distrait

This 70s French film was directed by Pierre Richards and features elements of the horror, thriller, comedy and romance genres. The film's plot follows the adventures of the eccentric and endlessly creative, Pierre Malaquet who is currently out of a job. His mother recommends him to a strange advertising firm named Jerico where she says she has a good friend. To his very great surprise Malaquet gets the job and begins building a solid reputation for his advertisements, despite the fact that he is generally disliked for his odd personality. He soon finds out however that the reason he got the job is that his boss is romantically involved with his mother who trys his best to keep Malaquet out of trouble, though to no discernible avail.
