Melnaattu Marumagal is a comedy drama film that was released in 1975 in India. Two brothers live in India, and it is time for them take a wife. One of the brothers marries a woman from Europe who is taken by the culture of India. The other brother marries a woman from their village who is very much interested in European culture. This results in some interesting situations as the two wives learn that the cultures they are interested in are not as wonderful as they thought, and the two brothers have to keep up with the cultural desires of their new wives.
