Stan Laurel stars as a goofy sailor stationed in Latin America. Tired of laundry detail, he tries to prevail on his captain to bring him along to a chicken dinner at a pretty woman's house. The captain demurs but that doesn't trouble Stan. Competitive eating and a sombrero-filled slapstick chase ensue.
