Pepi is a modern, hip woman living in Madrid. Her friend Bom is a tough lesbian punk rocker. Another friend is Luci, a shy and retiring housewife. The action starts when a cop comes to Pepi's apartment to arrest her on a marijuana charge. The cop ends up raping Pepi. She gets together with Bom and Luci to form a plan of revenge on the crooked cop who assaulted her.
