Watch Pregnancy Yoga: Week 36 of Pregnancy

Stay healthy with your baby, prepare for labor and get ready for a great figure after childbirth. In this class we practice yoga postures and breathing adapted for week 36 of our pregnancy. Our practice changes this week, as we are rapidly approaching labor. The Sun Salutation series is different: there are more postures that are done on the chair, as sitting down will help us successfully practice these postures.
