In a college chemistry class, Viranch Vaidya is questioning his future career options. He knows that he loves helping people and he also loves science. He doesn't want to be a candystriper for the rest of his life but he realizes that he doesn't necessarily want to be a doctor. Stuck with a difficult decision, he asks his brilliant and handsome roommate - Austin - what he should do. Austin always has the right answers, and is known on campus as the most popular kid in school. He tells Viranch that he should just sell drugs with his knowledge, leading to dark consequences.
