A teenager lives a life that is full of heartbreak as his mother is an alcoholic, he lives in a trailer park, and he doesn't have many friends. One day, the sheriff decides to torment and bully him for no apparent reason. The boy sees someone else kiss the girl he likes. When his mother's boyfriend chases him into a cornfield and kills him, things get terrifying after the scarecrow in the field helps the boy get revenge.
