Watch Stars and Roses

Lau Kai Cho goes to Vietnam. While in Vietnam, he meets Yuen Hung who is a translator. He also becomes involved in an accident when he crashes into a rickshaw. He is given a prison sentence by the courts where he will be subjected to terrible punishments. While Lau Kai Cho is serving his sentence he ends up meeting Yuen's brother.
