When the statue of an ancient Egyptian cat god suddenly appears in a small Texas town, strange events begin to unfold. All of the town cats sacrifice their nine lives in hopes to be reborn, and it is up to the resident "cat exterminator" to try and solve the mystery. He is helped by a down-on-his-luck hitchhiker. They discover that the felines are being reincarnated as beautiful women who are preparing for "The Great Litter" The hitchhiker falls for one of these beauties, not knowing the danger he has just put himself in.
