The Eyes of Tammy Faye was a 2000 biopic and documentary film that chronicled the life and times of television personality and frequent victim of fame and circumstance, Tammy Faye Messner. The film was directed by a filmmaking duo comprised of Randy Barbato and Fenton Bailey with principal photography shot by Sandra Chandler and a voice over narration by drag queen, RuPaul.

The film was a critical success and was widely praised for its even handed portrayal of Faye whom had often been a subject of severe public derision after being married to a swindling confidence trickster, not once, but twice.
