With the ex-boss's 86th birthday approaching, a small town fire department plans a birthday party in his honor. Although the entire town is invited, things don't wind up going as planned. The lottery for attendees is compromised and the Miss Fire Department beauty contest doesn't have the most beautiful or excited contestants.
