Watch The Pavillion Salamandre

The Pavillion Salamandre is a comedy film that was released in 2006 in Japan. Four sisters are given the task of taking care of a giant salamander, which is considered to be a national treasure. The sisters soon start to doubt the validity of the salamander’s age, and so a specialist is sent out to prove his age. The technician ends up dating one of the sisters, and has to repeatedly mess up his test in order to stay with her. This eventually results in the public catching wind of the doubts over the salamander’s age.
