There's Good Weather in Deribasovskaya, It's Raining Again in Brighton Beach is a Russian-American comedy film that is based on the last few years of the Soviet Union's existence during the Cold War. There is a big meeting between some Russians and the president of the United States, however due to some criminal activity happening on the USA's soil by the Russian Mafia, the meeting is put at a great risk. One of the leaders of the mafia named Rabinovich has found a way to wire tap the phone line at the White House, and it is up to a bunch of people to stop him from his evil ways before putting everything in jeopardy.
