Watch Tokyo Trial

In the years immediately before and after World War II, China had reserved a very negative view of the Japanese empire. Not only did they despise the Japanese empire for what they were doing across the globe, but the biggest part of the hatred came from the fact that Japan had been trying to conquer China for quite some time. During the war, Japan carried out several severe war crimes on China and its citizens. The great trial that occurred in 1946 was known as the Tokyo Trial, and it saw the immediate conviction of many Japanese men who had been involved in vicious acts.
