Watch Tow Truck Pluck

In this movie, a little boy lives upstairs in an apartment unit with his toy truck. He doesn't have parents, but he begins to make a lot of friends. A cockroach, a man that owns a bookstore, and a little girl in his building come into his life. The owner of the apartments is very anxious to get him out. She thinks he is a pest, wants him away from her daughter, and says that it is unlawful for a child to live on their own. Pluk will have to fight to survive in the apartment building that he has always called home.
