Jon Trenge has one dream in life, to become the National Wrestling Champion for his hometown college, Lehigh University, and it seems that he is well on his way to achieving that goal. He is a top rated talent on a full scholarship. His dream is put in jeopardy though when during his first season a doctor diagnoses him with a condition so serious that he is told that he should never wrestle again. Jon refuses to give up however and rather than accepting his fate and the loss of his dreams, he continued to fight on. This true to life film documents the struggle that Jon undertook to set a record number of wins in the school’s history and to go on to achieve more than he could have ever dreamed possible.
