Alex is a teenaged intersex individual, living as a girl with suppressive medications. However, she decides that she's had enough and ceases taking them. Her parents move to a village by coastal Uruguay in order to shield Alex from society. There, some of Alex's friends are invited over to discuss Alex's SRS. Alex winds up getting intimate with one of the visitors, and although they become interrupted, the visitor mentions that he liked it. While some boys later grab Alex's clothes to reveal her genitals, reporting the incident would mean that the entire village would be aware of Alex's situation.
