There is no end to the benefits of a yoga practice and this video is a great place to begin. Andrea Throndson has been teaching yoga in the Bay Area for 12 years. She has her own cable television show, "Everyone's Yoga" and has done several yoga and health segments for CBS TV. She currently teaches at several locations in the Palo Alto area as well as her own private clients.
