Derek and Hansel are back and ready to model again after a long hiatus, but there are forces acting against them. In this comedic sequel, the too old male models find themselves in Rome as the part of a dark conspiracy. After Zoolander became a big hit 15 years ago, a plethora of major stars came out to participate in the sequel. Zoolander 2 picks up years after the first movie with some tragedies having struck Derek and Hansel.

The two are asked to help Interpol find who is murdering good-looking celebrities using Zoolander's notable Blue Steel look. Derek is also dealing with family issues as drama and comedy collide. As they assist an attractive woman, Valentina, with the intense search, they uncover mysterious characters and discover truths about themselves. They find they are not yet done with their nemesis, Mugatu, the fashion mogul now behind bars. The search is on for the Fountain of Youth, a murderer, and Derek Jr. in this action-packed comedy.
