Chef's Table is a Netflix original series that takes viewers on a culinary journey around the world. The first season premiered in 2015 and featured six chefs from around the world. The first episode introduces us to Massimo Bottura, the chef and restaurateur behind Osteria Francescana, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Italy. Bottura blends traditional Italian recipes with contemporary techniques to create dishes that are both visually stunning and delicious.

The second episode features Dan Barber from Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York. Barber is known for his farm-to-table philosophy and his commitment to using sustainable ingredients. His restaurant is located on a 500-acre farm, where he grows most of his produce and raises his own livestock.

The third episode is dedicated to French chef Francis Mallmann, whose culinary style is heavily influenced by South American cuisine. He's known for cooking all of his dishes over an open flame, using techniques like grilling, roasting, and smoking.

The fourth episode introduces us to Niki Nakayama, the chef and owner of n/naka, a modern Japanese kaiseki restaurant in Los Angeles. She's known for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to create dishes that are both flavorful and visually stunning.

Netflix released season two of Chef's Table in 2016, featuring a new set of six chefs. The first episode introduces us to Grant Achatz, the chef and owner of Alinea in Chicago. Achatz is known for his innovative approach to cuisine, using modern techniques like molecular gastronomy to create dishes that push the boundaries of traditional cooking.
