Distinctive is a show about distinctive homes. It basically focuses on homes that stand out. Homes that basically look different and sticks out like a sore thumb. It explains why it has that certain flare that most common homes do not have. It gives ideas and tips on what you can do to have that similar charm to your home. So your house will so have that ability to stand out as well. It is nice to have unique looking home that is not plain and simple like most houses.

It shows character and it also represents who you are by how unusual your home is built. This is basically what this show is about.

A village deep in the countryside plays host to a mythical beast called "The Distinctive". Reporters Cici and Sam head to the remote location to find Distinctive, and are met by a group of five youngsters seeking tabloid riches. A photo of Distinctive nets a sizable financial reward, but the hide, fur, or whatever outer skin Distinctive carries is worth a whole lot more! With money and fame on their minds, the group takes to the woods to hunt the beast. But who's hunting who?
