She tells the story through her lens about a woman who faced human trafficking, child abuse and prostitution on the streets of Chicago, and how she helps others who are trapped in this world to find hope. Brenda Myers-Powell walks us through her darkness and lets us see that through her help and hope for others that walk that same dark path, there is someone who has their back and that dreams can come true. Brenda is a survivor who is reaching out to let them know that a better life is possible.
