Two friends decide to buy a house together sight unseen and discover major foundation issues, and things become tense as they scramble to find additional funds. Now, Tarek steps in to assist and make sure their friendship survives this tricky first flip.

After overpaying for their latest property, a flipping couple doesn't know if building an addition would be worth the extra expense. Having dealt with this duo before, Tarek needs to keep them on track or this flip could sink their family business.

Two friends have completed a couple flips together, but their latest project keeps getting hit with delay after delay; Tarek steps in with advice, but with incessant issues and continued setbacks, all these flippers want is to cross the finish line.

Engaged flippers put all the money they've saved for their wedding towards a house, but they've severely underestimated the renovation budget; with their wedding fast approaching, Tarek steps in to help get it sold so they can make it to the altar.

The premiere episode will feature brothers Erik and Bryan who have teamed up with their friend Mike to build a flipping empire. After their first two flips yielded middling profits that they split three ways, the trio is hoping for better results on their latest house in Los Alamitos, California. When neighborhood comps point to another potential low profit, they call on Tarek for guidance. Tarek discovers that Erik and Bryan's constant arguing and miscommunication is about as turbulent as the real estate market, it's up to him to keep their business strong and their friendships intact.
