They end up dealing with many and varied challenges including obsessions with pink, a Western nightmare, and a year-round Christmas theme. The manner in which they take over the home by removing the tenants and actually staying in the home themselves makes this show original and appealing. When the owners return to their property, they are delighted with all the upgrades and additions that have been added.
