To his frustration, they find the ship's captain more inspiring, and Jim (John Krasinski) becomes motivated to speak his heart to Pam (Jenna Fischer). Rainn Wilson, B.J. Novak also star.

When Michael (Steve Carell, "The 40-Year Old Virgin") and Jan (Melora Hardin) go after a new client (guest star Tim Meadows, "SNL," "Mean Girls"), Michael surprises his boss -- in more ways than one.
