Reno vs. Relocate is a TV series that covers the question that many homeowners have; should I renovate or relocate? The show features both a designer and a realtor that work against each other. The designer works with the homeowners to get them to stay by using designer methods that are expert as well as affordable. The realtor wants them to move and tries to find them a home that will match the homeowners perfectly.

The only catch to this arrangement is that the homeowners must decide if they renovate or relocate before any of the work is started.
