Teen Mom: The Next Chapter is a docuseries that follows the lives of teenage mothers from previous installments of the 16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom franchises. Premiering in 2022, the show brings together cast members from Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2 as they navigate motherhood, relationships, careers, and more.

The teen moms featured on The Next Chapter include Amber Portwood, Catelynn Lowell, Cheyenne Floyd, Ashley Jones, Briana DeJesus, Jade Cline, Leah Messer, and Maci Bookout. Viewers have watched many of these young women grow up on MTV as they became parents at a young age and dealt with issues like addiction, domestic violence, co-parenting conflicts, and mental health struggles. Now in their 20s and 30s, the moms continue to allow MTV cameras into their daily lives.

Each episode of The Next Chapter focuses on one or two of the teen moms. Segments catch up with where they are now in life, show dramatic and emotional moments with family and partners, and highlight their journeys raising their children.
