The troublemakers is a drama film about a business man that decides to rent an apartment in Hong Kong. The plot goes on to show how the person he is renting from is a scam artist that is using a rental scam in order to make money. It involves a lot of deceiving characters ranging from a cop, land lord and out of work fashion designer. When the businessman learns that he is being scammed, he sets up a scam to retaliate against the ones scamming him.

The movie will have you in suspense as you are unaware of which direction the movie and plot is going to turn. You will find ghosts,blood and love in this film.
