After absentmindedly kissing Fu, Rio tells her it was a joke, thus keeping her feelings hidden. Mizuho decides to break up with Izumi after he becomes violent with her. Enjyoji denies her feelings for Hiyama as the day of her wedding approaches. However, a miracle happens!

Despite having bought special underwear for the occasion and looking forward to her first time with Okuzono, things don't turn out as Fu had hoped, which leads her to believe that she might be cursed. Okuzono's ex-girlfriend, Tamaki Sawamura (29), also appears and further complicates things for Fu. Mizuho and Izumi's relationship escalates even further. In the meantime, Okuzono and Fu take a trip to a hot spring...

Izumi, who is unable to give up on Rio, spends the night with Mizuho. Enjyoji accepts Hiyama's invitation and willingly becomes his sexual prisoner.

While continuing to go out with Odagiri, Fu feels more and more out of place. Izumi gets closer to Mizuho, and a nice chemistry develops between them. Fu and Odagiri fail to consummate the relationship at the hotel. In fact, Odagiri confesses that he can't stand sex, but offers to take Fu as his wife, provided that she can give up on having sex. Mizuho was planning on dating Wakui, but she is now, once again, alone. While coming home together with Rio after the initial shock, she meets Izumi, the nurse working at the same hospital as Rio. The two of them happen to be wearing matching T-shirts. Hiyama enters the store where Enjyoji works but doesn't seem to remember her. Enjyoji, whose pride had been wounded, declares that she will put Hiyama on her farm. Enjyoji, Hiyama, Fu, and Okuzono go out drinking together. Hiyama catches Enjyoji while away from the table and asks, "Do you want to sneak out together?" He forcibly kisses her. Fu sees a very inebriated Okuzono. After taking Okuzono back to his apartment, Fu notices that her feelings toward him are changing.

Enjyoji continues to bring all sorts of men over to the house in Daikanyama. Rio empathizes with Enjyoji, saying that she has her own "farm" of potential partners. Mizuho is thrilled to draw a new manga series. Meanwhile, at work, Fu hears that they've managed to win the bidding competition for the Rise Electrical Appliances Contract on which she'd been working. Odagiri buys Fu expensive clothes as a present. While on a date with Okuzono, Enjyoji asks him whether he doesn't actually have feelings for Fu. Okuzono loses his composure. That very moment, Kaoru Hiyama (33), Okuzono's college friend, shows up. Enjyoji judges Hiyama to be the worst man ever, as a result of his rude comments and behavior. While Fu and Odagiri seem to be getting along well together, they haven't even kissed yet. To help calm her uneasiness, Fu asks Odagiri to have sex together and become lovers. The two go to a hotel, but what happens is a surprising development!

Fu is now dating Mr. Odagiri. To be asked out by someone so well-off makes Fu feel as though she were in a constant dream. Mizuho shows the manga she'd been working on to Wakui, her editor, but he notes that it "lacks realism," which makes Mizuho burst into tears. Without thinking, Wakui kisses Mizuho on the spot. Rio is being hit on by a younger nurse, Atsuto Izumi (23). She tells him that he is annoying and that she doesn't want his attention. It seems that Rio already has feelings for someone else, but it's a case of unrequited love. Enjyoji wants to enjoy romance and have sex with many different people before marriage. She says she wants to drown in eroticism. One day, Fu discovers that she has been doing too much shopping and can no longer afford to pay the rent. Enjyoji offers to cancel Fu's rent for the month in exchange for Fu introducing her to a guy. Fu asks Mr. Okuzono to meet with her, and then brings Enjyoji into the room to introduce them to each other!

Fu Arisugawa (26) is more interested in shopping than she is in love. She has a hard time at work with her superior, Shinji "Iceman" Okuzono (33), who keeps piling demands on her and scolding her for making mistakes. Fu shares her feelings with her friends, all of whom are her former classmates. Mizuho Haneda (26) is a novice manga artist who just broke up with her boyfriend. Doctor Rio Sakuragawa (26) is popular, but refuses to go out with anybody. Sayuri Enjyoji (26) is a lady in the classical sense of the word, who goes out on arranged dates every week. One day, Enjyoji tells the others that she is getting married and that she will be living in Daikanyama until the wedding to have some fun while she's still single. Enjyoji welcomes Fu and Mizuho as her housemates. Enjyoji asks Fu to go in her stead on an arranged date. There, she meets Shun Odagiri (28), the heir to the Nissho group, who just happens to be working in Fu's department at work!
