Watch Vanessa & Jan

Can true love or at least romance be found at a speed dating event? That's the question this short-lived online series tried to answer. The show's premise has not horribly confident Vanessa dragging pal Jan to a speed dating function where through a series of misunderstandings, things quickly go awry and both friends find themselves dealing with romantic complications as a result. While most of the cast was (and still is) largely unknown, there were occasional appearances by actors who were to go on to greater acting success, such as Justified's Walter Goggins.

Airing on streaming video's WIGS network, the series aired only six episodes.
